We are a contemporary Christian singing group of students in grades 9-12, providing worship services in about 20 churches a year. Those worship opportunities are offered to churches in their local area as well as churches in several other states on our yearly tours. In addition to the worship services that we provide in churches, we also present special programs in ministering to people in nursing homes, hospitals, and Bible camps.

In reaching out with God's Word through spoken words and songs, we have traveled many times. We have gone out to provide worship opportunities in 35 states as well as 2 provinces in Canada.

The message of Agapes lies in the group's name. Agape is one of the Greek words for love - the complete and self-sacrificing love that God has for his children. We hope to touch hearts with the belief that life is made whole through the acceptance and sharing of Agape love. This group is out to share the gospel message because we believe in serving the Lord Jesus Christ through our fellowship and song.


OUR FAITH STATMENT

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative word of God. 

• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

• We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, In His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

• We believe that, for the salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential

• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

• We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
